These check book covers made by Janet Oshkinowe-Neumann of the Mississippi Band of the Anishinaabe People are beaded in original designs of children in pow-wow regalia. Each cover will hold perfectly a standard book of checks and a check register.
Janet Oshkinowe-Neumann's unique check book cover is completely hand made and beaded in royal blue/multi 10/11 seed beads. It shows two young pow-wow dancers-- the girl wears a jingle dress and the boy a fancy dress feather bustle outfit. Fine detailing includes the girl's flower and feather headdress and fringed dance purse; the boy has an elaborate headdress and carries a dance stick. Folded, the cover measures 6-1/2" wide x 3-5/8" high. The black leather cover comes with a transparent inner pocket for an ID. $163.00
