Zuni artists Strallie and Sheryl Edaakie are a husband and wife that together create striking one of a kind inlaid sterling jewelry. Strallie is a silversmith; Sheryl designs the pieces and does the inlay. Besides the traditional stones of turquoise, coral, mother of pearl and onyx, their work incorporates a variety of semi-precious stones into subtle yet modern patterns. The Edaakies also specialize in inlaid silver kachina pendants and bolos.
These small inlaid earrings were made by Strallie and Sheryl Edaakie of Zuni Pueblo. Set in a sterling frame are mother of pearl, gaspeite, turquoise and onyx. Each earring is 1/2" long x 3/8" wide.
