Refunds

We give full refunds on regular merchandise only. We cannot give refunds on custom orders or consigned merchandise.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of regular merchandise, return it to us in arrival condition within 10 days of receipt. We will exchange it for another item or issue a prompt refund in full (not including return shipping and insurance).

If you send a gift from Coyote's Game, the recipient has ten days to request an exchange or to return the gift. When a gift is ordered or sent for special date or holiday, the 10 day grace period begins on the holiday or special date and the item or items may be returned in arrival condition 10 days from the special date or holiday.

Payment by check or money order will be refunded in kind. Payment by credit card will be refunded by a credit from the issuing credit card company only, and will appear on your credit card statement within a couple of billing cycles of the date the refund was authorized.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item or items that you ordered, email or call our toll free number (800) 952-5214 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday - Saturday. Give us your name and order number and tell us that you want to return part of your order and exchange it for another item. Send the unwanted item(s) back to us in arrival condition within 10 days of receipt. Please insure package for your own protection. We will reserve the item(s) you want in exchange for two weeks, pending arrival of the return. Customer pays shipping for exchanged item(s).

Pricing Errors and Site Malfunctions

We reserve the right to void any order due to a site malfunction. Pricing errors are limited to a refund of customer payment.

Custom Orders

We are happy to custom order items, but we cannot give a refund on these items because of the difficulty of reselling them. On all custom orders we require half of the price of the merchandise down and the balance before shipping. This policy includes custom silver, beadwork and beaded belts, and any other item that is ordered in a size, style, quantity, color or pattern not shown on our web site.

Our Guarantee for Pam Dietrich Deerskin Clothing

Because all Pam Dietrich garments are custom ordered we cannot give a refund on any Pam Dietrich garment. However, our guarantee is that if any Pam Dietrich garment does not fit you properly, send it back to us within 10 days of receipt. Pam will fix it free of charge one time.

Consignment Merchandise

Coyote's Game sometimes offers selected merchandise on consignment. These items can be ordered from the artist or craftsperson through Coyote's Game, but are not considered regular items. Coyote's Game has examined the work of these artists and found it to be of high quality. We do not offer refunds on consignment items, but welcome any questions you may have about the item or items before you buy.
