Back Ordered Merchandise

If a backordered item is included in an order we will notify the customer either by email or telephone. If the customer chooses to wait until the back ordered item comes in, we will hold any in-stock items to ship all merchandise together and charge only one shipping fee. Unless the order requires an oversize box, we will charge the shipping fee shown on their order summary. However, if the customer asks to have a partial order sent, we will charge a separate fee for each shipment.

Custom Orders

We are happy to custom order items, but we cannot give a refund on these items because of the difficulty of reselling them. On all custom orders we require half of the price of the merchandise down and the balance before shipping. This policy includes custom silver, beadwork and beaded belts, and any other item that is ordered in a size, style, color or pattern not shown on our web site.
