  • We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Paypal, personal checks, money orders and, International Money Orders.
  • New Mexico residents must pay the sales tax charged in their city and/or county.
  • Credit card orders normally ship within five business days of receipt.
  • Paypal orders normally ship within five business days of receipt.
  • Purchases paid by money order or International Money Order will ship within five business days of receipt of payment. If you have indicated on your order form that you will pay by money order, we will reserve the item or items for you as soon as we receive your order. Payment must be received within 2 weeks of date of order or the item(s) will be returned to stock.
  • Orders paid by personal check will be shipped as soon as the check clears. Checks clear in about 7 business days. If you have indicated on your order form that you will pay by personal check we will reserve the item or items for you as soon as we receive your order. Payment must be received within 2 weeks of date of order or the item(s) will be returned to stock.

  • Preference in ordering will be strictly by date and hour the order was received. If two buyers order the same item, the one with the earliest order date will be given preference.

Military Discount

Coyote's Game offers a 10% Military Discount to veterans who are active duty or retired military. A veteran is any individual who is retired from the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard or National Guard.

In order to claim a military discount the veteran must send us valid proof of service. We accept the following: DD Form 214 or 215 in the customer's name, a DD Form 256 in the veteran's name, a military ID card in the veteran's name, a VA issued ID card for healthcare in the veteran's name. The order must be placed by the person requesting the discount. We cannot give a military discount to a family member or friend.

You can send us proof of service by email when placing your order. The discount will be issued in the form of a refund that will appear on your credit card statement within a couple of billing cycles. If you prefer to have the discount taken off your order total before processing, please place your order by calling our toll free number (800) 952-5214.

Only one discount per order is allowed. The Military Discount cannot be combined with any other discount, such as a sale. Most sale discounts are applied to orders automatically, when the order is placed. If you are eligible for the Military Discount and prefer to receive it rather than the sale discount, please notify us by email when placing your order.

Back Ordered Merchandise

If a backordered item is included in an order we will notify the customer either by email or telephone. If the customer chooses to wait until the back ordered item comes in, we will hold any in-stock items to ship all merchandise together and charge only one shipping fee. Unless the order requires an oversize box, we will charge the shipping fee shown on their order summary. However, if the customer asks to have a partial order sent, we will charge a separate fee for each shipment.
